Positivism

Negativity - so easy to get into, yet we all know how it turn things out. It reflects not only in our way of thinking, but also with our words and actions. Things that can hurt not only others but even ourselves. Causing our own depression. Starting our own madness. Question is, why put ourselves into such situation if we can avoid it?

It all starts with our way of thinking. We are all vulnerable with just a simple mishap. As human we react by countering it with negativity - just to place ourselves in what we think is better. And as it consumes our mind, so does our tongue. Filling it with words we often regret after saying. As soon as these words are released, then our behavior changes. One's auto defense to cover up what we had started. And when we do, it becomes a habit - a habit so hard to break that it becomes our values. Values that we often keep. Determining our destiny. Destiny that we didn't want nor plan from the start of this all.

Good news is, it's never too late to start something. Change the way you think over things whether good or bad. Believe in your own strength, but never be afraid to ask help. Ask. The reason why there are other people is to help one another. Speak and you shall receive. This will enable us build a relationship. A relationship that will only grow with values that worth keeping. And as we keep it, it becomes a ritual. An everyday thing that we do unconditionally. Not knowing that the good that we do, is the same thing that will bring us to something brighter. Now that's destiny.

And in celebration of positive outlook in life, we thought of having a floral theme for this week's post. Flowers are nothing but sweetness and good vibes. Never fail in giving us the giggles and the butterflies. I'm wearing this dress that I got from Bloggers United 5. Neat floral patterns in a very girly color and design. And it did captured the look I am aiming for.

It's always fun to experiment even in fashion and style. I decided to mix and match what I had in my closet and Tada! Here's what I came up with. Yep, those are stockings I'm wearing. An absolute essential in every woman's wardrobe. It makes you look bold and stylish. I don't know if its just me, but these garments makes me feel sexier.

I matched my outfit with these stylish flats from Parisian. Adding up my new necklace from Forever 21. And I just love it! And to complete my look, I'm wearing my new pink G-lide from G Shock.

The theme proves to be a though one for his side. It's a bit tricky but I must say, he nailed it quite good. My man is wearing a mint button down shirt with floral accents. Attention to details, that is his thing.

Covered by a gray cardigan, matched with mustard chinos. Keeping it light and neutral.

The brown leather soles are from Milanos. Finishing it off with a breezy green watch from G-Shock.

Let me quote the Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi: " Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. " Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior. Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny. This sums up everything we need to know about positivity. :)

Stress Free

Work or school may sometime take their toll on us. Placing us in stressful situations, changing our attitude and mindset over things that surrounds us. But don't worry, its pretty normal. Its just a constant reminder that we are part of the human race. What matter is how you handle such situations and how you bounce back.

If you ever find yourself in such situation, stop, relax, and take a breather. Stop whatever you are doing that is giving you stress. Rushing things to meet the deadline wont help you achieve what you are aiming. Relax, give your body some time to recover. Take a nap, sip some coffee, give your face a lift by doing a simple smile. A dead tired body will bring you nowhere. Lastly, take a breather - its as simple as doing things that you love. Read a book, visit your favorite blog, you can even take a short walk in the park. You won't believe how these simple things can do to help you from having a stress free atmosphere.

So here we are strolling along one of the parks in BGC. It's good to have this kind of place within a busy city. It gives space for people to stay and enjoy the greenery after spending a whole day inside an office cubicle. I wore something casual yet easy and comfortable enough to do other stuff after office duties. Striped 3/4 sleeves for my top, and a pair of denim jeans. I matched it with my brown leather crochet belt and oxfords from Primadonna. Added some gold stuff for my accessories and my trusty graphite Longchamp bag to carry my things.

Getting bored of your usual pair of jeans? Then it's about time you get yourself a treat with colored chinos. These are one of the hottest trend for men nowadays. Not only that they look sexy, they also make a guy look more interesting. Now my guy's wearing his royal blue chinos, paired with a denim button down shirt. Gray oxford shoes from Milanos, and a yellow watch from G Shock.

These shoes are classic! You can easily wear them with any given outfit. So how do you find our matching oxfords?

Yes we are a big fan of Casio watches. Our getup wouldn't be complete without one. Fashionably trendy, and technically functional. I'm wearing my Gold Casio Vintage series watch, and he's wearing a yellow Tough Solar G Shock.

Another His and Hers Outfit, another exploration of fashion and style with The Tattoography.
Hope you guys like it. :)

T.G.I.F

This was supposed to be posted last Friday but we were caught up with a lot of activities over the weekend. Sorry for the late post loves. The background says it all. Who doesn't love Fridays? It's the time we detach ourselves from the usual weekday run arounds. And who's not excited about that? I bet most of us do. It's the time of the week when we can freely use our time, do what we want, and be our own boss even for just a couple of days. Hope you got a stress free weekend. :)

These were taken outside T.G.I.F along Serendra. Just perfect for this week's blogpost.

I'm wearing a horizontal pleated long sleeves paired with a traditional black pants. Simple long sleeves made chic by those creases. Nude colors are very appealing, and only gets better when accessorized. This time, I went black and gold. I tend to stay with these color way on accessories for they can make one's outfit classy and sophisticated.

I'm wearing one of my favorite shoes from Primadonna. Don't you just love it girls? Very fashionable. And my outfit wouldn't be complete without wearing a watch. Black and gold animal inspired from Baby G. Necklace and Nude lipstick from Nyx to complete this look.

Now let's go to "His" side. He's wearing a plaid button down shirt layered by a V neck sweater from Bench. Black slim fit slacks and gray oxford shoes from Milanos. He just love how Milanos incorporate modern + classic and functionality. Watch from G Shock to match his shoes. Always trying to look sleek without being too shabby.
